Most Common Rules at Lake Bernadette HOA
These rules help keep the community looking beautiful and residents safe.
The developer of Lake Bernadette envisioned a community of very high standards and created a set of covenants to ensure this vision would be maintained. These covenants are commonly referred to as the deed restrictions which we all accept and sign at closing. You will find copies of the Covenants and a full listing of the rules under the Rules and Regulations Section of the website.
The following “ Most Important” rules are offered to help new neighbors transition into Lake Bernadette living.
If you suspect a member of our community is not following these rules or any other rules, please feel free to use the "Resident Support Ticket" to notify the property manager. The property manager and HOA board of directors will investigate the matter promptly.
Please call the HOA office or search the community website for more information on these or all other rules and restrictions that all Lake Bernadette's residents must abide by.
