Spring is here and that means it's time to tidy up, not only the inside, but the outside of your home as well. Keeping a well maintained exterior shows you care about your home and your neighborhood.
Cleaning Check List:
- Are your sprinklers working correctly?
- It is wise to have your sprinklers checked once a year and maintained. If you are unsure how to maintain your sprinkler system, contact an irrigation company.
- Does your house, including eves, have green/black/brown spots?
- Is your sidewalk and driveway showing signs of dirt and moss? Are the free from debris?
- Pressure wash
- Edge your sidewalk and drive way and blow away any leaves, sticks and debris
- Are your trees hanging over the sidewalk or road?
- Trim limbs high enough for people to navigate the sidewalk safely
- Is your lawn maintained?
- Cut and edge along sidewalks and driveway, collect or blow away debris
- Is your garden bed looking shabby?
- Remove weeds, trim bushes/plans
- Plant some inexpensive flowers or shrubs
- Is your mailbox turning green or dirty?
- Wipe your mailbox monthly
