   1. Ratify vote to transfer funds in the amount of $250,000  from Alliance Bank with a less than 1% interest rate to a Flagship Bank 4% CD.  A relationship with Flagship Bank is required to obtain loan for service areas.

7. NEW BUSINESS
   1. Discuss and vote to approve Francine Drive easement access to Cigar City Builders for the purpose of building on the land.
